10. Terms & Conditions
1. For details of our refund policy and what to do if you lose or have your pass stolen please click here. Refunds are NOT available from our drivers or at our travel shops.
2. If we have reason to suspect the fraudulent use of a ticket/pass, we reserve the right to refuse you travel on our service(s). No refund will be made in relation to any confirmation refused due to fraudulent use.
3. Any student wishing to claim the discounted rate of travel must present their valid NUS, NUS Extra or ISIC photo-identification card to the driver when purchasing a ticket.
4. Dogs are carried at the owner's own risk. They are carried on condition that they are clean, on a leash, under proper control and do not cause inconvenience or annoyance to other passengers. They must not be placed on passenger seats. The owner will be responsible for any injury caused to another passenger through failure to comply with these conditions.
